Al doende leer je hoe je je energie het beste in de beweging kunt zetten en hoe je die over de verschillende fasen van de les kunt verdelen. Bij iedere dansopdracht wordt ook aandacht besteed aan ‘zelfregulatie’: het opletten op de signalen die je lijf geeft en de mate van je inspanning daarop aan te passen. Dit werkt buiten de dansvloer in het dagelijkse leven door.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Bij iedere sessie krijg je een reeks opdrachten om op muziek te bewegen (dansen), individueel en met anderen. Het geheel vormt een conditietraining, je inzet bepaalt hoe intensief die is. Daarnaast leer je jouw eigen koers op de dansvloer te bepalen terwijl je ook op anderen afstemt. Je voelt je persoonlijke voorkeuren en -grenzen en je leert daarnaar te handelen. Bovendien oefen je die duidelijk (non-verbaal) met anderen te communiceren. Dit is een krachtige en effectieve vorm van (zelf)coaching.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>During each session, you will receive a series of tasks to move to the music (dance), both individually and with others. The whole process constitutes a fitness training, with the level of intensity determined by your effort. Additionally, you will learn to navigate your own course on the dance floor while also harmonizing with others. You become attuned to your personal preferences and limits, and you learn to act accordingly. Furthermore, you practice communicating these clearly (non-verbally) with others.
